Mahendrarajah Selvaraja is a seasoned leader in financial reengineering and strategic transformation, with over 25 years of experience across logistics, financial services, engineering, IT infrastructure, and public sector leadership. As CEO of D&D Control (M) Sdn. Bhd., he has successfully transformed a traditional business into a high-growth digital platform, introducing the Container Ledger Account (CLA)—a patented solution that redefines payment workflows and financial operations within container logistics. Under his leadership, the company achieved rapid digital adoption, surpassing 80% industry participation within three years, accelerated during the pandemic. CLA has since expanded its footprint across ASEAN, including the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, and into emerging markets such as Sri Lanka. Prior to this, he served as CEO of a financial recovery shared services firm, as Technical & Operations Director for a high-speed broadband concessionaire, and as Senior Private Secretary within the Malaysian government, contributing to key national and international initiatives.
